Lost RESIDENTIAL ownership papers OF LDA

Dear forum members,

I have lost the original ownership papers for the residential property under LDA of Allama iqbal Town. I do have a photocopy, but how can I get the official papers again? Will I be able to use the photocopy or do I need the original documents for selling purpose?
And what documents i need to prepare my ownership rights documents from LDA?
