Looking to buy commercial in isb/rwp

What is the opinion of investors for buying commercial properties where the developer promises to pay rent on full payment? Aquatic mall, amazon mall and mall of arabia are offering these options. Are these legitimate?

Yes, it is happening now with several good developers, having good repute and so far no complaint in this regard.

If you want to earn Halal income much above than the bank deposits, the ongoing slow returns on property investments, $ deposits, Bonds, gold etc....You can buy a 5 Marla or a Kanal commercial plot in Naran, make several rooms with good design and put them on lease.. You will be in better shape, In Shaa Allah.
This season some 300,000 people visited Naran and some places one room got rented at Rs 15,000 per day.

Yes these developers are coming up with smart ideas , they will take more money and return you back in the form of rental.It all depends upon that the group constructing has the good reputation and how the pace of construction going on.

Its been years, we have been making out for investment in Naran.

So far, we have learned the following and now we are actually looking forward to materialize our idea.
Problems/could be problems in Naran:
---Land buy is not as difficult as before but it is the normal “Patwari”, “Fard e Milikiyat”, “Intiqal” system as any of Pakistan village buy out.
---There are examples that the rich relative of seller file for “Shuffa” and take the land back as land is being expensive and expensive all the time.
---The plot must be bought near some neighborhood as in lonely areas, security problem exists but normally locals are honest and friendly , opposite to Murree area, where people had bitter experiences.
---Hard work is required to find a reputable dealer, MUST not go for plot ADs, hanging everywhere in Naran.
--- The Plot has to be registered with the Kashan Development Authority (KDA).
---Another common problem: The people sell on stamp paper but “Intiqal” can become troublesome. Buy only with the “Intiqal facility” on “ Lattha”.

In Naran, one surprising factor exists, very surprising and I think no one could ever thought of this?
May be our idea has already implanted somewhere but we could not see during our several visits to Naran!

*Almost everywhere height water is available in most plots/houses but you cannot see any power turbine utilizing that huge head of water flowing down to houses???
The plot we were engaged to buy but deal was not done, we calculated that min 8 KVA hydro power can be produced with Lahore based in-house power turbine.

The main expenditure is house heating , warm water and cooking as no gas available but this hydro power is a gift.
***Nicely maintained accommodations are yielding contractual profit much better than real-estate buying/constructing and reselling, bank profits, gold ….All
