G-13 would be a much better option.
G-13 is a good option but the prices are far more high and out of my budget.
G-13 is good option offer you. I would like to say that if you have resources then buy a plot and make at your own instead of already constructed. Now a days it is easy to construct your dream home with less time and budget. I can offer you some good designs and construction rates if you are interested in it.
Also consider buying a plot in B-17 Block-C and constructing it yourself. Check for yourself what size of plot suits and how much money will be left over for the construction work. If you buy a big plot, then you will have less money left over for construction but you can still build single storey (perhaps you will get some money from Multi society if your house is still within the number of first few hundred houses announced by Multi).
In less than 10 years, B-17 prices will cross all areas outside Zone 1. Because with Margalla Avenue it is the nearest in distance to Zone 1 (future sectors C-15,16 and existing sector D-12) with better development standards and services.
