I am looking to buy 1Kanal plot in TopCity block B. I had visited the area and have shortlisted the streets that meet my needs. If you own any plot and are looking to sell, please reach out to me.

P.S: Not looking for investment but to build a house, so only looking at the populated streets.

be very careful in B Block as there is so much fillings, do the following steps:

1. Check google earth pro history of your shortlisted plot. You can check even 25 years history.
2. Ask immediate neighbours regarding the filling.
3. Do a soil test if possible.

A block is most solid so better go for it.
