Looking for plot in islamabad (To build house, not for investment)

I am looking for a plot in islamabad’s housing societies/dha. My price range is maximum of 6million. It is not for investment purpose but to eventually build a house there after about 2 years.The size of the plot should be 10marla or 1Kanal Please guide me that what places should i consider?

You cannot get in DHA in this price. Go for 10 marla plot in C block bahria town phase 8 near statue of liberty

Bahira phase 8 4 to 4.5 million 10 malra plot. Its come with pocession and many families already living there.

You can find 10 marla in bahria Phase7 and other hand phase8 F1,E 4.2 to 4.8 million.In this budget Bahria is best option for living.Allah is the best planner and he knows what will be the best for us.
