What is the average price for an 8 Marla plot in G-13? Basically I am looking to buy with intention to build a home soon. I know prices for this sector has increased a lot during the last year. Is there still a chance that prices will go further up or reduced?
Since I am new here and it's my first time buying a property in Pakistan can anyone guide me about the procedures which are involved in buying property in Islamabad sectors.

Brother in my opinion, the average sale price of a plot in g-13 is around 1.45 million per marla, +/- depending on the location.
Ps... Thats my personal opinion, you can confirm from other experts as well.

Sir u can find 30 x 60 plot around 10 million with good location,
@zol sb..sir g-13 and g-14/4 has excellent location but development standard will improve with passage of time..

30x60 plot in G-13 is around 10 million. Prices are going up gradually. More than 50% houses are built and many more are under construction. Shopping centers are also there in each subsector. Roads are not well maintained, heavy traffic carrying nuilding material is damaging the roads and almost no repair is done. Water shortage as everywher else in Islamabad is an issue. Also in some areas severage is a problem. But in general G-13 is good sector due to location for residence. I live in G-13 since more than 2 years and I am happy :)
