I am looking to buy a plot in Islamabad Zone 2. The amount I have is 20 lac, and after buying I want immediate construction. I want land which is more in size within my budget. Please guide me in my search.

in ur budget and for immediate possession, in zone 2 only option is i 16 or e 16 this will also disturb ur budgeta little like 2 or 3 lacs. In i 16 5 marla plot and in e 16 7 marla plot.
In 20 lak above mentioned options r only options of zone 2 where u can start immediate construction.

Since i have bought and sold many plots in T&T (F-17/2)i can tell you that in 20 lacs you can get a 30x60 very good plot in T&T in Posetion area. One can expect very good return even if you will want to sell in after 4-6 months or you can start you construction there , as on 31 they have their AGM and they are giving posetion.
Have a thought into it.

I would suggest you to go for E-16 rather then I-16 for immediate construction.

f 16 is a good investment but u have to wait there for development as currently no development location wise g 15 f 15 f 16 and g 16 are the most beautiful locations of zone 2 but development work is still pending in f 16

some of my property dealers friend who deals I-14,I-15,I-16 told me that prices have dropped in I sectors from 1-3 lac respectively.Most of people are selling there plots rather than buying.

sir i 14 15 16 was also part of boom 9 (6 months ago) but sir boom need genuine buyers for rate stability, investor can increase rates of society but cant stop decreasing of rates, only genuine buyer can do it.
No new development there entrance is pathetic CDA should concentrate on these projects
AWT will take along time to get populated though as it has taken a long time to sort out road access even though possession is there. CDECHS is very good options but very very difficult to find a possession plot at reasonable as those selling their want crazy demand prices. Good luck in your search!
