Long term safe investment in islamabad - (25 lack budget)

Hey everyone,

Can expert please help me out, I am looking for investing 25 lacks in Islamabad for long tern basis (3 to 5 years may be little more). Please guide me what should be my short listed options. Since I am totally blank toward Islamabad property market. I have already invested in bahria Lahore/ dha Multan.

University Town in Zone II of Islamabad is the best option as it is near to New Airport. Another plus point it is adjacent to Eighteen Islamabad which will be one of the luxurious housing projects of Pak in coming years.
