First of all, let me thank you all for contributing your knowledge here and guiding people. I just got to the forum a couple of days back and since then constantly reading tons of information available.
I have 1 million as down payment and i can go for a 75k to 100k per month installment plan. Idea is to invest this in a solid promising opportunity which could give me good returns in coming 7 to 10 years time. I don't really have a preferred city. I'm foreign investor (though i feel shy in claiming myself an investor with 1 million in hand :))
Any ideas /suggestions guys?

It comes under my budget and looks very cheap. Its close to M2 on Jaranwala Road. But I have no idea how good that investment would be? And if there are any better options out there, gurus could suggest please?
No dear. Its not a good idea. Check LDA city or new lahore city in this budget. Also you can get A commercial plot in Gawadar. A Rafi group project is offering 5 marla commercial plot in 14 lacs in installments.
