There is a news in the market that location of sector-c in bahria enclave is being changed. What is the factual position and the opinion of experts.

Yes this is news of the town, now C is located behind sector F. Prices of sector C will definately drop but in my opinion prices of sector F will boost from it. Also according to some internet searches i came to know that BE has launched 8 marla plots in sector C as well for the price of 64 lac with 19 lac in downpayment and rest in 1 year installments.

People has paid high price due to location of Sector-C. If location is changed then BE will lost confidence of general public. Is it true? Why there is need to change location?

Due to some land ownership issue they had to move it.
But my friend, such issues must be resolved before taking money from the pocket of general public. Is there any forum to protest on this issue or wait for Bahria loot khsoot?
