Dear members could you please shed some light on living in Bani Gala.
The area very close to Isb with an excellent approach yet the prices are not even 1/3 of some areas that are very far from Isb.
What is the reason?
Is it that most colonies are unplanned or there are other issues?
Are there any good societies ready to build and how is living there in general?
