Please help me by sharing your living experience in bahria phase 8. As i am planning to move my family there in near future. Planning to buy 5 marla house in ali or rafi block. May buy another 5 marla house for rent purpose.
Please share kind advice and thoughts. Can share options in same budget category. Thanks for your time.
Also please elobrate the living cost if possible. Like utilities etc.

Rafi is to be avoided. Heard about the mess related to Takht Pari that may hit Rafi Block... Inquiry was started but now its been silenced for an year+ **
Though constructed houses are not affected much but it does create negative vibes when in future one wants to sell that off. System is in MR's grip, his luck, for sure is not ... When his luck gets a twist, the end buyers suffer.
Having said that, in those bucks and with power/water/gas shortages across twin cities, P8 is actually a good enough option to live at, one of the best in that budget.
** From legality point of view thats a more serous concern than KHI. Times and political setups change in no time... Not that long ago from Rehman Malik to Ch. Nisar it was a night mare, in particular for Phase 8. If RM would had continued, land grabbers would be grabbing @ the speed for what their four wheelers travel each day and wouldn't be surprised if BT RWP phases would had touched 'Double Figure'. When you can develop P7/P8 entire sectors in few years and cant develop P8 Ext. For almost a decade, its a lesson and indication to be seen...

So Rafi block should be avoided. I am left with Ali block option. What about the village surrounding Ali block? Is it still there? Which part of Ali block is recommended?
Also what about schools near ali block other than Roots and AQ. Does anyone know fee in AQ and Roots campuses.
Interestingly Rafi block prices are a bit higher than Ali block. Am i right?
