I am planning to build a 1 Kanal house in Bahria Town Phase 8 for rental income.
What income can I expect per month?
My goal is to become financially free and I would like to live on rental income which I can generate from the 1 Kanal home.

Rental could go 1.5 Lacs if you make good design such as idea of dirty & clean kitchen, two servant quarters, porch for two cars, spend about 5 Lacs extra & make " Google smart home", net metering power setup ( about 7 Lacs ).

If rent furnished, 2 Lacs rent is quite possible but but but …
House is liability & commercial is investment:
Buy a hall in a plaza & one apartment in the same plaza at top floors…
Rent the hall & live in the flat at the same time …this could prove best as you own both residential & commercial…
Flat could be taken also in another plaza.
Maintenance of house post renter leave, is big cost but hall just painting…
