Thanks for the link. Can you also guide if this all list inclusive of CDA sectors or it contains other areas not under CDA. If it includes non cda sectors/areas then how can i identify if it is CDA or non CDA (for example, by looking at if NOC has been issued or not. If NOC is issued it means it is CDA sector?).

D-12 E-7, E-8, E-9, E-11 F-5, F-6, F-7, F-8, F-10, F-11 G-5, F-6, G-7, G-8, G-9, G-10, G-11, G-13, G-14 H-8.H-9, h-11, h-12 I-8. 1-9, I-10, I-11, I-14, I-16
These are the sectors that are developed however not all are for housing some of them are for government organisations and other institutions.

Arshad saheb - as you have mentioned these are developed sectors, so am i correct to understand that the same sectors also include undeveloped sections? It would be helpful to know list of undeveloped sectors, if any.

Currently housebuilding is taking place in E-11, D-12, G-13, G-14.
I-14 and I-16 are largely developed although there isn't much housebuilding going on.
E-12 and I-12 are supposed to be developed however when that happens nobody knows and it could be many years.

List of CDA developed and populated sectors, I-8 to I-10 H-8 to H-12 (educational & medical area) G-5 to G-11, G-13, G-14 F-6 to F-11. (F-9 sector is park) E-7 to E11 I-14 and I-16.
Margalla Town, Shehzad Town, Margalla phase II. CDA undeveloped sectors. I-11 , I-12, I-15 , E-12, Kuri Town, Park Enclave, G-14/2-3-4. Above mentioned sectors are CDA sectors where development and transfer is from CDA. However there are some CDA approved societies in Islamabad in which developers are pvt people and transfer is doing in society office not in CDA office like C-15, E-16, B-17 etc.

- I-15 proper CDA Sector
- B-17 CDA Sector developed as Cooperative Housing Society.
You may be able to find some thing in the range 2 - 2.2 million.
