It's a good project ran by FGEHF as a JV with a private firm. Pace of development is good and the price sounds reasonable as per its location.
It's a good investment in terms of a rental income in future.
The only worry is the water situation in the sector which is worse at the moment. When these appartment would be possession able and people starts living how they manage the water for the occupants it is million dollor question.
Part from this the project is really good. Location is outstanding, price is reasonable and rental income will be good as well.
