Lifestyle of dha 9 town c block lahore

I am going to buy a 5 marla plot and build a house for my family in dha 9 town block c. I want to ask about it's lifestyle.
- are commercial markets easily accessible? Where are they? Can we find all items there?
- what's the cost of electricity and water?
- is there gas? What's the rate?
- which schools are nearby?
- anything else you want to share?

1 more thing. Between this block and bankers town b block (adjacent to state life society), which one do you recommend?

Dear friends
As I told before, I bought 3 plots in Lahore DHA Rahbar, a month before.
I think I should share my 1st ever experience of investment In Lahore property.
Today the same dealer called & informed that each 5 Marla has been appreciated by 6 Lacs…just in one month.
My projection was 1.5 years for around 30-40% but the way prices are increasing, within one year, I may get what I perceived, Alhamdolilla.
If some friend needs more info, I can assist, although I am not an expert, the way friends at zameen think I am…
The way development is going in Rahbar, prices appreciation is almost for sure, In Shaa Allah.

Qayyum sahab, can you please share how much it cost in DHA Rahbar? and any installment plan available?

Good location plot in possession sector costs in range of 7 to 8 million
In non possession areas good location plot costs these days between 6 to 7 million
This is cost of land
Plus arround 1.1 million as Development charges.

As I have made my decision before sitting in office as my working was rigorous but dear made me laughing saying:
" Sir all these plots would again appreciate within one month"
" I do not think so as my projection for good increase is at least 1 year". My reply.
Yes, he was right as he is offering me the profit now.
Sir, do your home work also as Lahore DHA when sinks, it goes to bottom also.
My target is keep till at least one year & then sell In Shaa Allah.
I think due to the location & fast development pace, within one year or 1.5, these plots has potential to go above one crore, In Shaa Allah.
