Someone asked me about the legal status of a newly developed housing society name, "green villas, Snober City" located 2-3 km from Gulshan-e-Abad Adiala road Rawalpindi.
The society was declared illegal back in 2014, but i just checked RDA website for list of approved housing societies in Rawalpindi and found this list as follows:

Sanober city is now approved, you can see it on number 40 (the last one).
Now i just want to ask which safety measures should be taken while purchasing villa or plot in the society?
They give transfer file for 35k rupees (new owner) for plot and this is the only document which proves land's ownership.
