I want to buy plot in Fazaia Housing Scheme on my bank loan entitlement. But the bank external lawyers recommends to by plot in LDA societies or cooperative housing societies. How i can satisfy the law regarding the legal status of Fazaia housing scheme does the transfer/possession letter serves my purpose and will it be suffice to have positive opinion from the lawyer?
