I bought a 10m file in lda city and paid half installments so far. I have serious concerns as the case is in nab and there are irregularities found...
I want to sell it out, can i sell it now or i have to pay full amount before selling file?
The dealer said, if i pat full amount they will give me papers with lda stamp which ensures no scam.
Question 1:
Please advise, can i sell it without paying remaining installments?
Question 2:
Should i keep on paying the installments or stop it?
Question 3:
Should i pay the full amount and get the lda paper?

Dear Amber, I am in the same boat. I also bought 10 marla plot on installment in LDA CITY. If you will not pay your installment then you will have to pay heavy mark up or cancellation of plot.Better to pay installment and hope for the best.Pakistan's top newspapers like Nawaiwaqt,Dunya news & Express news paper publish LDA CITY ad in classified daily.
