Will it be a good investment as a 10 years investment.
What is the projects potential/outlook, say 3 years, 5 years, 7 years, 10 years down the line?
I think investing in 5 marla would be a better option as compared to 10 marla and it will be surely a good investment as there were rumours that groundbreaking and development work would start in 2015…

The response of 5 marla file is much better as compared to 10 marla kanal or 2 kanal...more over if u buy 5 marla file u can buy more units in less amount ..thus you can earn more ..its simple logic and as far as the project is concerned , government projects always have edge to other private projects may it be location or bigger road i.e ring road..hope u get my point

But I guess I can not buy two 5 Marla plots (10.9 x2 = 21.8 lacs)for the price of one 10 Marla plot (15.9 lacs).
At the moment, I can invest 17 lac max.
