Dear property gurus what's the future of "lda city lahore" from investment and delivery from investment point of view? Prices are quite reasonable but i'm mainly concerned about the delivery of this project keeping in view the history of past lda projects. And are these plots available in installments or full payment?
Recently lda has got lda's jurisdiction extended up-till qasur district. This project was proposed by parvez elahi govt and is being continued by the current govt. And lda will acquire lands just like dha i.E. Giving 30% to the land-owners. And, i have noticed many dealers selling 5 - 10 and 1 kanal plots for the lda city lahore (the largest project of the city) on ferozpur road.
