I want to have the ideas from the people who have invested in lda city and are palnning ot invest in city. I just want to know the promises they made to the public will be met and how soon.
And above all afridi got retired so hope he will contribute too:)
So far there is no Society in Pakistan which has delivered on time or what they have said, Its a good but long investment. So far i don’t see any improvement in development and in rates. Rates may jump for the time being but eventually it will come down coz overall market is dead.
