I am interested to buy LDA City 5 Marla file. As I listen from different people and from LDA helpline there is no formal process as yet for allotment or file verification. My questions area:
1) Is this a good or safe investment for long term may be 10 years?
2) What are the necessary documents we must have and need to check in the file?
3) What is the process and from where we can verify the file is original and 100% safe and secure?
4) Any other low price long term safe investment option?

Dear, as you mentioned ,according to LDA help "line there is no formal process as yet for allotment or file verification".SO if LDA itself is not defining any process than what are the options left for verfication? I suggest you should aviod it until process are defined.
If you enhance investment amount you can buy 5marla file of DHA City(Located near thokar niaz baig)for around 12 lac.
In their AD of LDA city , they mentioned that IT secured Transfer…according to marketers Files will be issued by LDA not by the investors and LDA adopted the DHA procedure in transfer of files…what experts say about their claims??

DHA City is in market from many years but no development. It is not safe also because its file price is unpredictable. It is like DHA Valley in Islamabad.

There is no development in dha phase 9.Can we figure out it is not safe?Safety is perception nd comes from the history of developer tht how he acted and performed in the market.Now compare Dha and Lda in terms of delivery.which is better?
