LDA Avenue is going to give possession from 31 March 2014.
InshaALLAH. Thats a good news. My father told me that he had a glimpse of slide on TV that was stating about LDA Avenue 1 possession, but he couldn't read it completely.
Now i am getting confirmation about it through you people. Its a good news for all those including me who were waiting for the possession.

And what makes me think that? As compared to other housing societies on Raiwand Road, LDA Avenue 1 is well-located. Secondly, it's main Boulevard is used for reaching Bahria Town from the centre of the city.
Thirdly, the plots cutting is 10 marlas and 1 kanal. So, considering there points, i hope that the prices will grow after possession inshaALLAH....
