Should we invest in LDA Avenue? What is its future? I mean possession, development etc. This project is still incomplete since last 10 years or more.

There are signs that LDA is about to provide possession in LDA Avenue 1. Apparently, the only thing that was trammelling the allotment of possession was the lack of electricity there. However, recently, WAPDA promised to complete the installation of electricity network by the end of December, 2013.
I also heard that crackdown against encroachments was also undertaken by the authority. So, in my view, there are good signs about it. Even its location is far better as compared to other residential communities. Property prices have increased notably there in the past three months. So, on the basis of these facts, i approve this society good for investment. Rest ALLAH knows better. regards, zain Nadeem
LDA Avenue has a great location and it cannot be too long before possession is given as development is largely completed already. If you want to live there then the wait is worth it.
