Laws of inheritence

Sir what if a father doesnt want to distribute his inheritance among his sons because he married to another woman and he want to give all his property to that woman he married while his sons are worthy of it.His sons worked hard and gave all the money they have earned to their father. Kindly tell me what should the sons do and what the law says about it thanks

According to the law, a man is entitled to spend all his money as he wants. Only when he dies, the Sharia'ah rules of inheritance apply.

According to Islam, he will be answerable to those with whom he did any injustice. In his lifetime, if a man is giving his wealth to his children, he should give them all EQUALLY whether they are boys or girls. If he dies the boy's share is double that of the girl's. In his life Islam requires him to treat his children equally.

However, if he does not treat his children equally in his lifetime, you cannot file a case against him. It is his money and he can do whatever he wants with it. The state has no control over his spending. On the Day of Judgment, he will be answerable for unqeual treatment.
