Anybody been to bahria enclave recently? What sectors are ready/almost ready for possession? The prices have fluctuated a lot recently… How do you see they will be faring in near future?

Parts of Sector G and H are ready for possession in smaller plots.

Development pace has been increased for past few months- Mr. Khan is right.
Prices didnt flactuate much but if they keep going development with good pace then prices will flactuate.
Any comments on this latest development? i.e. Bahria Enclave name being included in the list of 'unauthorised schemes'
Its issue regarding NOC- bahria doesnot obtains all nocs at once- so its not a big matter- and will not effect enclave at all
