Last date for Bahria Greens booking phase 1 announced

The Bahria Town management has recently announced the last date for the phase 1 bookings in Bahria Greens – which is July 10.

Bahria Greens is a low-cost housing project of Bahria Town and only a limited number of plots are available. These plots span over a total area of 75 square yards each.

For those interested in the bookings for Bahria Greens, the booking fee is PKR 295,000 and forms are available for download on the Bahria Town’s official website.

Possession in Bahria Green will be available in three years with the instalments spanning over four years. Meanwhile, the project is also offering the facility of housing finance for construction to facilitate the residents.

Bahria Town Karachi has revealed the Bahria Greens’ ballot date. The society management plans to conduct the ballot event on July 27. In terms of development, the Bahria Town has stated that work on the project site was underway.

Malik Riaz had recently said that the groundbreaking of Bahria Greens Model Street has already been held and that the street comprises of 20 model villas. Meanwhile, there still has been no disclosure on the on-ground location of Bahria Greens.
