Development work starting is good but which blocks will be developed first and when development will be completed is more important. There are areas of phase 7 that are still without possession so people should expect a lengthy timeframe for development being completed and possession being offered of the whole phase. Private contractor being awarded the work is a good sign. People need to wait to get a better picture as at the moment too much hype is being created which suggests that prices will stagnate.

Prices will not only stagnate but also reverse gear is a strong possibility.
