I need your advice, on land I inherited from my mother who passed away. Now my uncle (mum's brother) is trying to sell his land and is also trying to sell ours illegally!
He has already sold his property and obtained a deposit. I have been told he is trying to sell his sister's (My mum's). As I'm in the UK I don't know what the process is. However I do know that patwari has all the records.
How do I obtain ownership and contact the local patwari in Wazirabad Dhaunkal...
Please help me.

Nobody can sell your land legally without your permission I would request Mian sb our contributor and lawyer to guide you but if you have any lawyer in Pakistan you should consult him as soon as possible.

I know in Pakistan there is a lot of corruption in respect to land sale.
I just recently found out my uncle may have paid the patwari to alter land documents and is in the process of selling my share of land!
Can I take him to court in terms of fraud? I really need some legal advice on this matter and how to proceed.

It's really not my place to give you legal advice. Best take it up with a lawyer. Your best shot indeed is to file a case against your uncle and see him in court. Court proceedings can be a struggle to follow as the hearings can go on for aeons. But it is one of your better options.
