I heard that Housing Foundation has started project in Bara Kahu and its files will be transferrable soon. Due to reason people are selling files only.
Any Idea when the plots will be transferrable ?
How is it from Investment point of view ?
Housing Foundation sounds good as it has sucessfull project in G13-14 sector, do you think it will be sucess or is it getting any issues from CDA etc ?
Is there any other area good from investment point of view ?
