I am planning to invest in property market of lahore for 5-10 years. My planned budget is roughly 50 lac. I am currently considering lake city and bahria orchard.
Which among the two is suitable option?

Fazaia Housing (adjacent to Lake city) is better than both of your given options. Even location of Fazaia is better. You can get One kanal plot in Fazaia around 50-Lacs with possession. As you are planning for long term so you should opt for much secure & consistent place for investment. Fazaia Housing is managed by Pakistan air force which is proper organization whereas Lake city is managed by one man Gohar Ejaz & Bahria Orchard by Malik Riaz. I hope u ujderstand what i want to say.
Both are good for long-term investment. Lake City has really outshined many other localities of the kind.
Before investing, please check all the documents and confirm the price from different sources in order to avoid any fraud.

Irfan, thank you for your thoughts. I did visit Fazaia and lake city both. Fazaia also has good development but the number of houses in Fazaia is very less compared to Lake city. I think people are preferring Lake City for residence than Fazaia.
Yes you are right that Lake city and Bahria are both one man show.
Brother, as per your investment time period 5-10 years, dont count the number of constructed houses today. It will be cometely filled in next 4-5 years. Just consider the safety of investment for long term. Rest decision is yours
I think, if your plan for long term investment(5-10 years). The best place is bahria orchard, because the prices are low now a days, in 5-10 years your investment would be double or more than that....

Smaller plots gives you more profit in more deals and the way prices are going out of hand of AAM admi, ppl are content with 5 marla and 10 marla plots/houses. Haan DHA khani is different, Kanal plots are good in that part of Lahore.
