I just want to inquire about lake city or khayaban e amin raiwind rd. Are they good societies for 2 years investment in 10 marla plot? As it is fitting in my budget which is 3 million.
Kindly also give your valuable suggestion if any other society is better than this society.

Lake city transfer fee is 3 lac , investors avoid it , khyaban e ameen little down on promises , go for fazaia phase 1 , equally good as lake city , and awt phase 2 is better option too , regards

What about Bahria Orchards?

LDA is highlighting that Bahria Town Sector:D,E,F and Phase:2(Bahria Orchards) are illegal, and they are not approved from any authority.
Please can you advice?
According to my info, that matter has been resolved a few months ago. Building housing societies on agricultural land was rendered illegal by LDA. This ban was later lifted. You may cross check the LDA website or call them for up to date info regarding this.
I mentioned Bahria Orchards because I think development wise it is far ahead than other societies offering plots on that rate. And also because I've recently purchased an 8 marla plot there :)
In your mentioned budget, another good option for investment can be DHA Phase 9 Proper/Extention. You can get a 5 marla file in Phase 9 proper for about 22 lac or 10 marla file for 27lac in Phase 9 extension. Their gain might be the best for 1 yr investment.

I will seriously consider these two.
