What will be the position of lake city in near future from investment point of view

I didnt witness some reasonable growth in Lake City, even though the locality was marketed through proper advertisement. I am not really sure whats the reason behind that and the same applies for its future prospects,BUT ONLY IN MY OPINION. Things may turn other way round.

I do not specifically deal in Lake City per se but the property prices are on the rise in general and the way I see it, they will continue rising. Lake City is an incredible housing scheme, there is no place better if you want a quiet, pleasant time but on the downside, it is a bit too far away from the main city. From investment POV, Lake City is a good choice but not the best one.
What's your budget?
