I purchased a 10 marla plot in dha phase7, u block, plot no 2121 some while back, what is the valuation of this plot in todays market and when do we excpect to have possession.

One other question i have a 2 kanal corner plot opposite the mosque and very close to the 500 kanal, park in central park, block b, what is the valuation of this plot.

Hey sajjad the 10 marla plot in u block phase 7 dha costs you 4.3 millions as per my experience may be 100 thousands more depending on the owner, sometimes owners have the wish to have the specific amount at that point more than 4.3 million but on the contrary that plot is of 4.3 millions.
