Salams…I have a budget of 35-40 lac rupees and am currently confused between lake city m7 file, bahria orchard file, bahria sector f file, chinar bagh and nfc 2 or sui 2. Could anyone please advise regarding the best investment out of all these options for a holding period of 5-7 years?
