Looking to invest in z block phase 8 lahore for short term gains...
1)should i go for noc letter plots(plots whose noc is with the owner of the plot)
Or
2)should i go for without noc letter plots.
I am interested in without noc plot because it gives me 3, 4 months time for complete payment..May be in that time frame prices appreciate.
Problem is dealers there and my colleagues are saying don't go for without noc issued plots as there are risk involved.... Kindly high light those risks if any and advice me on this matter.
