Lahore new prices of all location after fbr list and tax.

All prices are now as per provided fbr list. Prices are already getting down in major areas.

Zameen.com before fbr releases updates for differen location with high figures and now after fbr relaeses they haven't point a single area where prices are getting low.

Zameen.com should better report what is on groung rather then writing articlaes on baseless spectulations.

Zameen.com should mainiatn their crediablity of their name.

Instead of trumpeting the situation here…Go and buy properties as lower rates since its the buying time.

It’s a fair assessment that government has wipped out 15-20% of wealth in just one month from the real estate market due to this ill conceived and poorly implemented ordinance. For example a plot of 10 million has no buyer now even for 9 million, and then add taxes of around 10% assuming if the seller does manage to sell. I just hope situation improves, because there are still investors sitting on the fences, and if they decide to jump as well to cut their losses, it may trigger a crash.

Bilal: A crash is looming nonetheless. I have been warning small investors since June to dig deep and get ready for the tornado that is about to hit. Some friends are reporting increase in prices following settlement of dealers with govt. But beware, this could be artificially created by the big fishes to bail out in time. What will eventually left behind would be dust and ashes.

Zamee.com should update us with prices of different societies with same frequency as they were doing before fbr SRO. Even if there is no sale purchase, just mention same situation in their blog. It is not ethical to publish blogs when prices are going up and when property market crashes, no relevant blog for society prices are provided.

The market prices are established when there is a sale / purchase activity at a certain rate of a commodity.

If there is no sale / purchase and no seller / buyer then there is no market of that commodity and hence no question of current fair market price.

All the prices available are of May / June time frame before this tax blunder.

Now the sellers are asking prices of May / June but mostly buyers are waiting to get prices down.

If any one has managed to grab a deal at lower price than May June rates, then he can apprise here for the benefit of buyers.

Point here is right highlighted that even if there is no sale purchase activity, zameen.com should cover this story as it is covering price increase story for almost every second legitmate/nonlegtimate society and providing more hype to increased rates. Just get the feeling, zameen.com is not fulfiling its editorial resposnibilty but otherwise acting as paid pr comapny for property consultnats and not for common man.

I agree with the point as in today newspaper it is mention that instead of 100 daily transfer only 4-5 transfer is being made in dha. So if everything is not same where are the updates that zameen.com share on daily basis.
