Lahore Master Plan 2050, Will it improve Urban infrastructure?

Hello,
I came across an article about the approval of Master Plan 2050 for Lahore, and it was amazing news, since I am taking this at face value.

If I am not wrong, this is first time any city has had a master plan other than ISB.
With the changing policy, do seniors here think that this will change the real estate market and curb illegal schemes?
What do you think will be challenges?

Yes, It will change the overall real estate market for LHR, as far as illegal societies are concerned it will be at least numbers in the future.

So many developments are going on nowadays in LHR and if things remain the same at same pace it will defiantly change Lahore.

So many challenges to make this happens as the stake of those who made this to LHR
