Dear property experts phase 8 Z Block file have seen a sharp decline in the recent days… What is expected in 2014 from Phase 8 Z Block?? Will the prices achieve a new high like 2013 with no balloting???
Brother; if overall real estate market recovers then phase-8 file will also enjoy the party as it did in 2013. It is not possible that other societies are stagnant and phase-8 z block price start increasing without even balloting.
Balloting must be expected in 2013, as rest of the phase 8 development is half way and will be possession ready in 2015/2016. So i am guessing that phase 8 Z block will be balloted in this year. And with balloting its prices will rise.
Dear irfaan saab do you think real estate of dha lahore will recover in the coming months as mostly people are saying that giant investors have moved to bahria karachi???
Correction is going on in the whole market not only z block phase8 and not only DHA lahore;ususally files suffer more in correction phase.
No doubt Bahria Karachi is going to have negative affect on rest of the properties due to investor factor but i think only in short run.
Brother; if phase-7 possession is announed in 2014 which is very likely or balloting phase-9 is done in 2014 then dha will regain its momentum. Right now; dha lahore is passing through consolidation phase which is healthy business sign because continuous rise in prices becomes dangerous. We saw prices doubled in 2013 and now correction is going on from last 2- months. Its part of real estate business.

Z block is supposedly not well located (across burki rd) at least thats the market perception. If u havent bought yet then prefer ph 7 if u have already dont panic it will maintain itself soon
I dont see any hikes coming in 2014 in lhr/isb… It will remain a steady market. Next few yrs we will hear more about bahria karachi n dha city karachi
It is first time that after getting allocation prices of dha is less than affidavit file,bahria town khi responsible for this, but dha keeping tradition will come hard and over shine bahria soon and investors will love it 
Instead of phase 10 and haloki garden ,all phases will ballot this year , dha have to do this and they r doing
I think the cases that malik riaz have to face because of bahria khi would not let him go till his life , i am seeing downward of bahria and strong law in next year , dha will maintain shine ,less gambling more secure
