Lahore: advice/suggestion needed

Assalamu alaikum fellow members,

I'm looking to invest 16 million in lahore and i need your advice/suggestion regarding the best real estate investment opportunities right now.

I have visited so far dha rahbar phase 1 and i was thinking about purchasing a 10-marla plot most probably in d or e block the price that i have been quoted is 6-6.5 million.

I have also checked pak-arab's phase 2 f1-f2 and i was thinking about purchasing a 5-marla file price quoted: 1.8-2 million (the phase 2 is still under development so the total cost of plot should be 2.2-2.4 million.

Kindly suggest/advice me where else should i invest? And please i'm not looking to invest in lda-avenue because of my bad past experience with these thugs.


I also have a 18-marla plot in nespak housing scheme located at defence road does anyone know about the current prices of the plots in that scheme? Because i was thinking about selling it but some people have advised me to keep it for the time being since there's a chance that the main defence road would be extended and it might increase the value of the plot.

One kanal plot in Phase-8 around 125-130 lacs (T, U, V blocks) at good location & buy one 10-Marla file in Phase-9 at 33-lacs.

Second option is 4-Marla commercial file @ 155-lacs in phase-9. You can expect handsome return in both options during next 2-3 years.

You have handsome amount for investment, dont go for small & vulnerable societies like pak arab etc

Refer your plot in Nespak-2, your information is correct regarding defence road. Furthermore, a 1.5KM long bridge is going to be constructed soon on railway crossing on defence road. Keep this plot for next one year.

Pak arab f1, f2 shity investment , dha rahber phase 1 good , yes sale out nespak plot , go for dha phase 9 town and phase 9 along with dha rahber phase 2 on ground plots plus 1 , 2 files would be handy .

Nespak on defense is ok investment so does iep , your 18 marla plot depend on location but not less than 70 lac that is sure , now q is 16 million first one plot at this lication is enough and i would suggest u dha rahber 10 marla in 5.6 to 5.8 million , and a 5 marla file od dha rahber phase 2 in 1.65 million , now move a lil away from this area and on raiwand road but a kanal in sui gas phase 2 in 2.8 lac max , now we have spent almost 10 million , from 6 million 3.2 lac in nfc phase 2 1 kanal e block , and from 2.8 m buy a 5 marla phase 9 town file , aftr doing this sell nespak plot and get a 10 marla in phase 8 dha or kanal in phase 9 dha , now we invested wisely from short term to long term , in next 5 years u r going to multiply this investment with 4 at least just below 10 crore a step u forget do submit a lac rs in mcb account 2464 , branch 1449. From a million remaining depend on u can buy a 5 marla in new lahore city , or lda city 5 marla ans take back feww what u lost in lda avenue

These are best risk free investment , u dnt need to invest in pak arab f1 or f2 , do what i said and relax , make sure u have holding power , above what i tod u IA not only divided from short to long term but i even take out any odds even if therw it will be in favor of u. Always think one step ahead of property dealers although ucan earn bits on followibg them and invest in f1, or f2 or can show them u r the boss of them.
