I just came across news published in an English newspaper about the massive illegal structures and construction in Lahore. the report quoted a commission report that almost 70% of Lahore is illegal. Although the report did not mention which part is most illegal. no doubt there is no returning back from this situation and no government is going to change this. but do you think the recent construction boom is also part of this? like massive buildings projects in areas which are surprisingly LDA approved.
