Aoa, any one can tell me , my contractor ask me double rate of stair case, i book my contractor 250 sqft, he tell me when he make stairs the calculation is double, is it true or else
Contractors ask for this but most of the people do not pay. There is no sense of it. There is some extra expense on stairs but there are many places in home construction where there is little expense from contractor.
In Islamabad, I haven't heard if any contractor got double rate. If it is hanging stair and very stylish, than it seems reasonable to give extra.
