Labor rate of complete construction is a bit confusing either you want labor rate or give complete construction like turn key or key to key basis...
labor rate is around Rs250 per sqft and finishing part should be discussed in further details..
Turn key basis as it is a school so your looking at Rs 1500 to 1800 per sqft...
