Hi guys, I have a request. Can anyone share some information about Kuri Model Village. Is it wise to buy a plot/file there? If yes then what should I take care of as I have seen a lot doubts in public mind about the project.
It is a very good location and very reasonable price, but never buy there rite now, fake allotment letters, fake people, one file sold to 10 people, cases in court, wait till CDA clears everything.
It will take time, prices will be very high which they are rite now but buy 1 clear file when everything is transparent and you get a CDA transfer, not before that, even if it means buying 20 lacs expensive than the price rite now, people are still buying non transferrable files rite now but that is not peace of mind, it is a gamble.
In PPP's regime, CDA with the consent of some big wigs earned billions on Kuri Model Village...wait and watch till things get clear.
The problem is with the time frame…if you could hold your investment for decads than its OK than do it for your grandchilden…the project is legal…dont expect any short term releif or quick profits from this investment…examples E-12, D-12, I-12, I-15, etc many other CDA projects in the pipeline…
