hi, my name is awais jamal, im from pindi, we have a single story house in g, 14/4 islamabad, this is a corner house of 35*70 infront of market of thalla syedian, that is infront of our house is sector g 14/3 jahan py abhi qabza nai liya govt. nay, ma ye puchna chahta hun k abhi kitni price hogi, tau hamen retain krna chahye ya sell krna chahye, mera apna khayal ha k g 13 abhi kafi taiz ha, after then iss sector ki bari ha, tau what is your point of view

Dear Awais ist of all i would like to say that if you are planning to sale it then whats the reason do u need cash do u have some better investment option or any other reason then it will be more logical to tell you rather its good to sale or retain it. 2ndly this is a big fact then whenever govt got possession of sec 1-2-3 and also done developing work G-14 prices will shoot up and it will also give advantage to G-14/4 as 4 is already nearest sub sector of G-14.

ok bat ye ha k i think k agar iss ko sale kr k behria wagara ma invest karen ya issi kism ki koi aur b ho tau uss ka profit margin ma aur iss k profit margin ma buhat fark ho ga,

Right Awais to sale it and invest in bahria if you have some reliable and trustworthy sources and they are giving you some good options for investment then go for it. Rotation is always profitable if you have sources.

If you sell it then what will you replace it with? It would need to produce a higher return than G14 otherwise what would be the point in selling it.

What is your budget and what are your options.

Rotation is good for agents but for investor it is often unprofitable and can lose you money particularly in an environment that is bearish.

ok bat ye ha k g/14 tau pata ni kaun c dahai ma ja k develop hoga, single story meray khayal ma eik bees ka nikal jana chahye, kyu k location tau achi ha aur margalla facing ha, iss ka mukablay ma behria ma growth un sectors ma jo hain jaisay phase 8 ha, uss ma growth achi ha, agar udhr mil jaaye tau bhtar ha, laking mugy advice issi cheez ki chahye kay kia uss k profitable hony k chance hain???

Phase 8 is good for investment but it will also take a bit time and if you have home in G-14/4 it will not go very high as they already got possession and development profit

There are thousands of plots that need to be built upon in BT 8. BT 8 is equivalent to several CDA sectors and location is on the outskirts and it is not easy to get to Islamabad. It will be profitable but it will take a long time to be occuppied.

Dont sell it man…sounds like a very good plot to me. Keep it until G-14 becomes really really popular.
