We have purchased 2 kanal (1 kanal 19 marlaz from one khata and 1 marla from other khater) both are mentioned on naqal intiqal (mutation). Same property was motgaged with bank and we redeemed it schedule of property are mentioned in the redemption and mortgaged deed.
Now we came to know that this property which in our possession has not correct khasra number and only 1 marlaz is in right and rest 1 kanal 19 marlaz is other khasra located other place.
How correct our khata number and what is legal course of action
