Generally speaking the belief is that you can expect Zone 2 to rise faster. But recently this was proven wrong by G-13 in Zone 1 where prices increased at a maddening pace this year. But now there is some downward adjustment happening there.
What is the opinion of other experts and gurus?
G-13 was getting steady rise because of development work on Kashmir highway.PK-1 I agree with u Now the trend is stable.
My friend bought a plot in G-13/3 30x60 with 108 lacs 2 month before and I believe still the price is same.
Currently we are passing by a SLUMP phase in property market. The BOOM phase being observed last year where Bahria enjoys the most out of it.
And to my understanding this SLUMP phase will carry on further until we see a recovery phase.
So selling your properties in SLUMP phase is not so wise approach.
Whenever some recovery starts it will be loud n clear and it will effect overall market not just Zone-1 or Zone-2 or Zone-5.
