My brother wants to buy property in Karachi, he currently has two options available.
1- Buy 200sq flat in Saima Square one in Gulshan-e-Iqbal (possession in 8 months time) (location: next to Millenium Mall, near Askri 4.

2- Buy 200sq single story house shah faisal town (location: next to quaid-e-azam airport.

Both are costing 90 lac, now he is confused either he should invest in flat or house both locations are not bad either, but from investment wise don't know which one will give more return.
