Hi.I want to know about development of f15/2.It is close to gt road and it has been nearly 10 years.No development is done in this area.How much more time it will take as the jkhs is totally lying .I heard that it has not acquired possesion of that area.Could you give your expert opinion. Sir as i know the JKCHS,
some of area of F-15 is carpeted recently and prices increased there, ye some of area is unclear though but if u visit the area with map and some real estate expert i.e Shakrial & Co, then you may can closely watch the situation, if chances of clearance are bright then hold as prices have huge difference of cleared and un-aquired area.
Has been seven years and all lies by society office.every time you ask society office they say it will take 3 months more.all lies.
I think this is right time for all alloties to unit and raise strong voice asking society for acquiring land already much delayed and completion of development work. Should try some legal means as well. (only Tanda will work now).
There is no difference in Local dealers and JKHS management, they are same people. Best way of resolving the matter is to file a legal case against society for damrages and push them meet their commitment.
Good idea.but how can owners of plots know each other and unite together.their details are with society.i think this year could bring a change for jkhs.society can earn many times more if they are serious by transfers and charges.
We were expecting alot from new management but they seems to be equally incompetent… Shame on them…
NAB is active now a days, at least one application should be sent by some member, 10 years delay even more expected, can't be justified any way. NAB strictly taken action against "Bolan City" near Taxila and as a result they ready for handing over possession to their members.
But as far as F-16 is concern, some people are very sure that the development will be consistent and rapid in coming days.
Bolan city cannot be compared with JKCHS, NAB is not that powerful to take action against a big fish. I have read a news in today’s newspaper that NAB is taking actions against societies which are delaying possession or violating other rules and there were names of some societies as well. However, all those names were quite new for me. They were like very non-famous towns.
Yes thats intresting to see.how things are coming up.villagers are not ready to leave theor land and society is not wlling to pay them good price.both know that prices of land are increasing and with new airport it will multiply.so lets see who wins.jkhs is ruining its name and making things worst for itself.
